On first floor (reached by an internal staircase of about 15 steps), you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, TV and private balcony with table and chairs) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the apartment offers a furnished balcony for alfresco dining.
