The villa is situated in a secluded spot on a five-villa estate and makes a great holiday destination for couples. Property Description
The villa (100 sqm) develops over one level. Please note that the villa sits on a rocky cliff and, for safety reasons, children are not allowed.
In the villa, you will find an open plan living room (with large picture windows) with a sitting area (with double sofa bed and coffee table) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with a dining table seating 4). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom with terrace and pool access (with king-size bed, air conditioning, hairdryer, walk-in closet, safe, Satellite TV) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower), and one bathroom (with shower).
Outside you will find a large terrace with a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi jets (16 sqm; 28°C), a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a shady outdoor dining area (with table seating 4), as well as a lounge area and private parking.
