It includes a separate living area furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a dining table, as well as an open space with a working desk, ideal for remote work or reading. Fitness lovers can make use of the private gym with exercise equipment, while the wellness area includes a sauna, steam room, shower, and two loungers for unwinding. There are two additional guest bathrooms (toilet, sink, bidet) on this level for convenience.

OUTDOORS
Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on a covered terrace overlooking the olive trees and distant hills, or lounge in the beautifully maintained 4,500 sqm garden.
