The space

Villa Aneka consists of a main villa (220 sqm) which develops over three levels and three guesthouses (33 sqm each).

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 6)

On the lower/ground level you will find a playroom/living room (with smart TV and Playstation 3), two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and sea view verandas.

On the first floor (pool level) you will find a well-equipped kitchen that leads to a living room and dining area, a laundry storage, and staff room, one bathroom and a sea view veranda.

One the Upper level you will find a double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a veranda (with a sea and pool view and private jacuzzi which can be heated on request), as well as a small fridge, kettle, and espresso coffee machine.

GUESTHOUSE 1 (sleeps 2)

In this guesthouse you will find a well-equipped kitchenette (with small fridge, sink, espresso machine), a double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a veranda with a sea view.

GUESTHOUSE 2 (sleeps 2)

In this guesthouse you will find a kitchenette (with a small fridge, kettle, and espresso coffee machine), a double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a veranda with a pool and sea view.

GUESTHOUSE 3 (sleeps 2)

In this guesthouse you will find a well-equipped kitchenette (with small fridge, sink, espresso machine), a double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a veranda with a sea view.

Outside you will find a swimming pool (10m x 5m; depth 1.8m; open April – October) surrounded by a large terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), two shady dining areas (seating 12-14 people) and many sitting/relaxation areas. You will also find a barbecue, outdoor shower, and toilet.
