Here, we find the garage with car lift (1 vehicle), the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, the wellness area (equipped with Turkish bath, salt wall, relaxation beds and toilet), the fitness room (equipped with Lacertosus equipment), and a separate bathroom with shower.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor we have the main sleeping area with 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom (3 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath).
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is the main living area, with a spacious living room with smart TV and large corner sofa, a well equipped modern kitchen, and bathroom with shower.
OUTDOOR
The outdoor area comprises of a private swimming pool (5.30 m x 8.80 m; Depth: 1.40 m; open year-round; chlorine free) with sun loungers and large parasol. A bioclimatic pergola with spectacular lake views has been built to offer the perfect space for al-fresco meals.
