The space

Villa Amfitheatro is set over three levels (180m2) and has one main part and a loft apartment.

Main Villa (two levels)

Upper level: Traditional cave house with one master double room with en-suite Jacuzzi bathtub, a living room with built in sofas and antique wooden table, a separate dining area with sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room a staircase will lead you to an attic room with double sofa bed and a window with sea views.

Lower level (like an apartment) there is a smaller living area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and WC and a family bedroom with one double bed (which can be turned into 2 single beds) and another double bed nestled under the window. The cave atmosphere gives a special feel to this room.

White loft-upper floor
Accessible via either an internal or external staircase the apartment has a living room, a kitchenette, full bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with roof windows providing views over Oia and the sea. There is a balcony from the loft with table and chairs.

Outdoor:
As you enter the villa on the side you will find a courtyard with dining table and chairs and a Jacuzzi-plunge pool for 6 people with views of the sea, the caldera and the village of Oia.
