The space

INDOOR

The villa extends over 250 m² on two levels and offers bright, comfortable interiors with traditional character. The main living and dining room is well furnished and equipped with satellite TV, providing a relaxed space for gathering.

The sleeping accommodation is spread across both floors, with several rooms opening onto balconies or terraces, allowing guests to enjoy views and outdoor access throughout the house.
The kitchen is located in a separate building within the same private courtyard, similar to a summer house. It is well equipped and includes a dining table, making it ideal for preparing meals and enjoying long lunches outdoors.

OUTDOOR

Villa Barocco is set within a private, fenced garden of approximately 1,000 m², featuring a lawn and landscaped greenery. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and privacy. The private swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 1.5 m; open from 1 May to 30 October) is fenced and equipped with sun lounges and a gazebo. Pool and garden maintenance are handled by the owner or gardener.
