The space

The villa offers one open air parking at street level, with a second parking spot along the street on the blue lines, for a fee (the distance will depend on the availability). From the open-air parking at street level, through an electric gate, you access the villa via a footpath descending 300m; this is a private lane, not suitable for people with walking difficulties. It is possible upon request and extra cost to reserve a porter service for your arrival and departure to help with luggage, or additionally to help with groceries and heavy items.

Villa Costanza (200 sqm) develops over two levels connected by an internal (16-step) staircase. There is a third top level, which belongs to someone else; this level is occupied during the month of August by its owners.

INTERIORS

On the lower floor, you will find a living room with large windows overlooking the sea (with fireplace, TV and one double sofa bed), one double bedroom (with two single beds, and sea view - no air conditioning) and one separate bathroom (with shower).

On the upper floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofas and a dining table seating 8) as well as a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- One double bedroom (with double bed and balcony with sea view) with en-suite bathroom (with shower);
- One double/twin bedroom (with a pull-out bed that can become a double or two single beds)
- One separate bathroom (with shower)

EXTERIORS
Outside you will find private terraces with sea views (with sofas, sun loungers and outdoor eating areas), a path (with 60 steps) along the waterfront that leads to the beach at Marina della Lobra. There is a small private swimming pool (3x5 meters; depth approx. 1.3m; open from April till the end of October) with deck chairs and sea views.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The villa is independent, but please note that in August the top-floor apartment is occupied by another owner;
- Only 2 of the bedrooms have air conditioning;
- The electricity supply is limited. Limiters are in place, so if multiple appliances are used at the same time, the power may trip. This can easily be resolved by switching it back on;
- The villa is surrounded by nature. Especially during the warmer months, some insects may appear. Suitable products will be provided to manage this if needed;
- Due to the proximity of the house to the sea, the paint on the exterior of the house can sometimes weather down faster than expected, and show signs of peeling off.
