The villa develops over two floors.
On the ground floor, we find a large living room filled with comfortable sofas around a big fireplace, beautiful centrepiece wooden coffee table and TV, perfect for family time. There is also a spacious separate dining room with direct access to the typical Sicilian kitchen and outdoor access via large French doors, one bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The sleeping area on this level consists of one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double by joining the beds together, with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub (whirlpool); one walk-through double bedroom; another twin bedroom that can be converted into a double and a separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, we are welcomed by a beautifully terraced garden filled with old olive trees, and offering a private swimming pool (10x4m, and 1.4m deep; open from 02/04 to 12/11) with sea views and sun lounges. There is an area with fire pit surrounded by outdoor sofas, a covered terrace with table and chairs, gazebo, table tennis and foosball area and barbecue area.

Italian Breaks sorted this wonderfully villa on the side of Mt Etna. Their email responses were always prompt and courteous and we had all the information we required when necessary. The villa itself was beautiful and the owners met us on site and showed us around and were always on hand to solve any questions we had.

We hired the villa as we were attending a family wedding in Taormina. As a party of ten, 5 adults and 5 children (aged 3 months to 11 years) it was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is an extremely well equipped villa with plenty of room both inside and out and surrounded by wonderful gardens full of cherry trees, lavender and jasmine. The swimming pool is large and placed at the bottom of the garden with plenty of sun beds and the most fantastic views over the sea. The owner was totally charming and went out of her way to be helpful to us and was on the end of a phone if needed. Milo is quite a small place but has a lovely bakery and a couple of supermarkets but for more supplies we went into Zafferana Etnea which was only a ten minute drive and has everything you need including bars, cafes and gelato!! If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay away from the hustle and bustle then I would certainly recommend this villa.
