Villa Lucciola - Countryside villa with private pool

The space

Villa Lucciola consists of the main villa and two annex (trulli shape, the ancient stone buildings typical of Apulia).

Main House:
bright living area with open room with kitchen (with fridge/freezer, microwave), dining/living area with fireplace, a separate dining room, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub, one bedroom with two bunk beds, one bathroom with shower.

First Annex:
one double bedroom and one bedroom with French bed which are separated by curtains. From this last bedroom is possible to access to the shared bathroom with shower.

Second Annex:
one double bedroom and one single bedroom separated by curtains. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Outdoor:
the swimming pool (14x6m - depth 0.9 to 2.6m; open from June 1st to September 30th) area is equipped with deckchairs and a small table and a gazebo with table and chairs. It is surrounded by lawn and it offers shady spots where you can relax. The property is completely fenced therefore maximum privacy is guaranteed. A spacious veranda with dining area equipped with table, chairs and masonry bench, seating area, barbecue and pizza oven. Behind the property there is an organic garden at guests' disposal.

Facilities: pizza oven, BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and iron boarding, hair dryer, satellite TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the living/kitchen), mosquito nets, alarm system, automatic gate, covered and not covered parking inside the property, bikes, basketball basket and a football goal post, external showers. Pets allowed.

Please note: there is a well-behaved dog in a separate enclosure that can be moved on request. You can also find an organic garden and breeding hens.
