Located on the island of Brač between the towns of Postira and Pušišća, Villa Pavica is a lovely villa with a private heated swimming pool. Surrounded by nature and conveniently located for shops and amenities, the villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Pušišća, famous for its limestone buildings, is just a short driving distance away (4.7 km). The town has a vibrant feel (although far from busy) with a plethora of amenities, eateries, shops, and activities, coupled with a small harbour and a white pebble beach.

The space
Villa Pavica is a 90 square metre villa which develops over two levels (connected by an external staircase). Access to the villa is by a gravel and dirt road.
On the ground floor you will find an open plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen area, a dining area (with two tables seating up to 10) and a sitting room (with a double sofa bed). On this level, you will also find one bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor you will find one twin/double bedroom (with single beds that can be separate or pushed together to form a double), one triple bedroom (with three single beds that can be separate or pushed together to form a double and a single) and one bathroom (with shower).
Outside, the villa features a garden with a private swimming pool (8m x 3 m; fresh water; ladder; open April - November) which can be heated, surrounded by a sun terrace (with sun loungers), an outdoor shower, a shady outdoor dining area (with stone table) and a stone barbecue.
